In 1999 by decision of the Government of Moscow was established the Moscow state specialized school watercolor of Andriaka with Museum – exhibition complex. The main task of the school of watercolour is to give the basics of professional art education. To implement this task, the artistic Director of the School, people's artist of Russia Sergey Nikolaevich Andriyaka has developed a unique technique that allows you to teach the basics of classical watercolours anyone who wishes.
