In 2008, joined forces and creative ideas of Vladimir Smirnov and Konstantin Sorokin founded the Foundation for contemporary art. His door is always wide opened for artists who create their works outside the framework, boundaries and conventions. The Foundation organizes support and the opportunity to realize creative ideas of contemporary authors. Active participation in Russian and foreign artistic life allows you to promote a modern national art, elevating him to the rank of cultural heritage of global importance.
The mission of the Foundation is to promote young Russian artists. Unleash the creative potential it is not easy sometimes even a very talented original authors. Primary role in the development of a new generation of artists played by the possibility to work freely and to demonstrate to the public the results of creative search. The Foundation of Vladimir Smirnov and Konstantin Sorokin is doing everything to support authors, representing contemporary art.
