Without denying the value of the collective victory, the leading role in which undoubtedly belongs to the Soviet Union, the participants of the exhibition at the same time are expressing their concern on the part of its final results. First of all, the authors consider immoral use of the annual Victory Day celebrations on May 9 for mad patriotic propaganda, downloads in mass consciousness cheers – chauvinistic ideas and their transformation into everyday life. Secondly, the artists believe that the mass hysteria about the exclusive role of the Soviet people in the universal victory over fascism, does not allow to this same people to adjust to the format of solving current problems of a substantial nature, such for example, as a struggle with shabbiness of thinking and household dirt that modern Russia differs from other countries of the civilized world.
Another thesis is extremely important from the point of view of the authors, and they were guided in their work on the exhibition, is the issues of guilt and repentance – theme with which were actively working post-war European philosophical school, and which has remained outside the attention of the national science and practice. That is, according to the authors blocked the development of the state, saving the resulting military victory total control over the socio-political and socio – economic processes.
