The international gallery of Tatyana Paleeva is represented a talented Russian and foreign artists and sculptors in Moscow and Hong Kong since 1999.
Tatiana Paleeva,living in China and Hong Kong many years, protrudes over a decade as a curator of ethnic art projects on the interaction of cultures of East and West, in particular the study of the art of the countries of South – East Asia and the Pacific. Study of tribal culture, art and life of ethnic groups of southwest China, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, the art of ancient Japan are reflected in the art projects of "The Eastern games in the interior", "Lost trails of the tribes of southwest China", "side by side", "Art of dreams", "The missing peace. Japan: the Craft is as high art, "Tibet. Infinity of silence".
In 2010, the gallery was complemented this theme of the current direction related to the questions of environmental safety of human life, of human relationships with the environment in a broad aspect. In January 2011, with the help of the Commission on environmental policy, Moscow city Duma, the Prefect of the Central administrative district of Moscow, center of ecological policy and culture of The East Meets West Gallery carried out the art project "Organika" in GUK "Gallery on Solyanka". In March 2012, under the sponsor supporting of the MGUP "Mosvodokanal" in the Polytechnical Museum of Moscow has hosted the second international ecological art-project gallery "The Power of water", which received high critical acclaim and audience, and also had a wide public resonance.
In 2013 – 2014 "East Meets West Gallery" had organized 8 exhibitions and art projects in Russia and Germany, two of them were the personal exhibition of famous Moscow authors Gennady Troshkov and Vladimir Kolesnikov were held in the Russian Museum of decorative – applied and folk art (Moscow), a personal exhibition of Sergey Filatov was held in collaboration with the gallery "Abrau Durso" in Novorossiysk, Abrau Durso is one international exhibition at the exhibition grounds in the city of Balingen, Germany. In 2013 East Meets West Gallery has participated in the parallel programme of the 5-th Moscow Biennale of contemporary art. In December 2013, the gallery had taken part in collective thematic exhibition galleries Russian "Useless beauty", Moscow, Central house of artists.
