At Grand Georgian street in Moscow is a house built by merchant Vasily Gorbunov in the late XIX century – an architectural monument. At the turn of this century old mansion is completely transformed. His sedate and somewhat eclectic artsy look complemented the modern annexe. On the facade of the annexe – are funny clowns. These huge, brightly painted sculptures have given to the conventional buildings festive, fantastic character. Area in front of mansion, part of the Georgian square turned into an open air museum. The exhibition includes a collection of works by Zurab Tsereteli and his collection of monumental sculpture in the courtyard along with mosaic and stained glass compositions. On three floors of the site includes more than 250 paintings, drawings, sculptures and enamel easel. Exposition at Grand Georgian is unusual because not conceived as a once and for all defined constant: it is dynamic and is formed by the artist.
